Sheffield United home shirt for the 1996-97 season.
Due to the outcry over Avecs horror show with the previous home shirt, the club decided to return to a more traditional shirt for the 1996-97 season. Fans were given the choice of 3 designs upon which the one with the most votes would become the new home shirt. This is the shirt that was chosen. A great improvement from the previous season in the eyes of many a Blade. The previous seasons shorts and socks were kept and paired with this shirt.
