1996 - 1997 Coventry City away football shirt. This is a Coventry City away 1996/97 player issue shirt. This shirt is quite unique as it was used by Chelsea on 9th April 1997 versus Coventry City at Highfield Road as Chelsea's kit clashed and they had to borrow Coventry's away shirts for the game. The only time the likes of Zola and Di Matteo wore a Coventry Shirt! Coventry won 3-1 and I think Frank Lebeouf threw his "Coventry" shirt on the pitch afterwards.
