Extremely rare home shirt most likely worn by no. 7 Gordon Owen during 1986-87 season. This design only lasted a few months before being replaced in December 1986, adding to its rarity. Shirt has embroided club crest in line with player issue shirts. Owen missed two vital penalties that season, one which stopped City securing a play-off place and the other in the Freight Rover Trophy final shoot-out defeat against Mansfield Town.

Shirt has embroided club crest in line with player issue shirts. Midfielder Harle wore this shirt 15 time from August 23 to November 22, scoring just twice before joining Scunthorpe. Paul Fitzpatrick wore this style No. 9 jersey up to Christmas.
