  Liverpool 1978 European Cup Final Player Shirt - the plain status shows this is an unused spare match supplied shirt. From the front side of the shirt, we can see the presence of spores-like air-tex texture. This is very different from the prevailing V-neck collar player shirts from the same era.

  The V-neck collar shirts were used between 1977-1982. Except for the 1979-1980 and 1980-1981 season the shirts come with the HITACHI sponsor in front, shirts of this v-neck non-sponsored style were used till 1982.
