Home shirt as worn for two seasons by FC Midtjylland of Denmark, who managed to clinch their first top flight championship. Kits for these two seasons were supplied by Wunderelf, an upstart Danish brand inspired by the West German national team of 1954.

The shirt is bespoke and unique to the club, unlike the Puma and Nike teamwear FC Midtjylland has worn prior and since the Wunderelf contract. This brand, run by former player Kolja Afriyie, quickly ran into financial trouble and went bankrupt two years into their 7 year deal with Midtjylland, and promptly disappeared from the scene. Nonetheless, they delivered a pleasant design with grey candy hoops made up of small black dots against a grey background, with their silly disfigured stick figure logo on the sleeves.
