1987 - 1988 Alajuelense retro replicas camisa de futebol. Near-exact replica of the home shirt worn from the start of the 1987-88 season until early 1988 (when it was switched to the striped design). The shirt is missing the original kitmaker's logo, however this was because there were no available images from it at the time of replication.

A long-sleeved version of the actual shirt was famously worn on early 1988 when Bundesliga (and then West German) sides VfB Stuttgart and 1. FC Köln played exhibition matches in Costa Rica. Alajuelense lost 1-3 against Stuttgart and won 2-1 against Köln.

Shirt #10 was given to forward José Mario Rodríguez on his last season with the club prior to a short stint on Guatemala.
