The Shirt is most associated with prolific Striker Darren Collins who netted 29 League Goals in 97-98, just 1 Goal behind Conference Top Scorer Geoff Horsfield of Halifax Town, who won the Conference title in 1998, with Rushden & Diamonds finishing in 4th place.
