Stokes original kit was blue and red hoops, then blue and black hoops, then all manner colour combinations before, in 1908, the team adopted the red and white striped shirts that have stayer with them ever since. The first shirt sponsors were office equipment manufacturers, Ricoh, introduced in 1981.
