2011 Alajuelense away voetbalshirt . Away shirt used during the 2011 Verano and Invierno tournaments, and during Alajuelense's return to international duty on two of their away matches on the CONCACAF Champions League group stage (against CD Motagua at Tegucigalpa and against Club Morelia at Morelos).

This shirt was debuted against Cartaginés at their turf for the 2011 Verano opener and was famously used against San Carlos on the first match of the Verano finals.

Shirt #7 was used by forward Marco Ureña albeit briefly--he used it on the first few matches of the Verano tournament before he was sold to Kuban Krasnodar (Russia; he used #7 during 2010 as well). The number was eventually re-assigned.
