This example was issued to Club Sport Herediano defender Mauricio Garita for the U21 World Cup played in Nigeria. As he possibly chose not to keep this shirt, his name had the blue rectangle (with the "Costa Rica" in white lettering) shown above painted in top of it; and recycled for later use.

Both the shirt and shorts were obtained from a FEDEFUTBOL official.
