This is the MLS Unity PreMatch shirt for the New England Revolution.

These shirts were worn prior to the matches by all MLS teams (team specific branding) on the weekend of June 19th to celebrate the US holiday of Juneteenth. In addition, all teams game shirts included number sets with Afrocentric artwork. These game worn shirts were then auctioned off to provide funds for charity.

Juneteenth is an observance and celebration of the day that the last slaves in the state of Texas were finally informed of their emancipation. A little more than 2yrs after the actual declaration.

The Unity shirt was designed and worn to celebrate Diversity and Unity. A portion of the sales from these PreMatch shirts will be donated to charity.
