Notes - Home shirt as worn over two seasons, firstly with joint managers Alan Curbishley and Steve Gritt before Curbishley would take sole charge of The Addicks in the following season. In the first season of the design's use, the side finished in 15th place of the First Division. In the second season, they would finish in 6th place where they would feature in the playoffs to gain promotion to the Premier League, unfortunately, they would lose out to Crystal Palace in the semi-final
