1984 - 1986 Chelsea third Maillot de foot. This is the Matchworn shirt acquired from former Chelsea player Doug Rougvie.
This shirt is the actual match worn shirt Doug wore in the 5-4 victory over Manchester City. Which was also Chelsea's first Cup Final win at Wembley Stadium
