2010 Alajuelense special Maillot de foot. Extremely rare away shirt intended to be used during 2010. This is another prototype shirt that never went past the production stage as the LG sponsorship deal lapsed.

Like what happened with the home shirt, the first batch of shirt was sold sponsorless and had a very limited run.

Key differences between the above example and the actual shirts, besides the Sony sponsor placed somewhat asymmetrical on the shirt (and not bisecting the stripes); the final shirt does not feature a polo neck.
