Unknown - Please Help Unknown shirt type (unknown year)

Unknown - Please Help football shirt. From the badge, I'd guess this was a Spanish (Catalan?) shirt. However, it's made in Peru by Walon - and the only Wlaon shirts I've previously seen have been worn by the Peru national team, Peruvian clubs and a few other South American clubs.

My guess is it's probably a Spanish amateur team, but any help would be gratefully received.
