FC Kaiserslautern training top from 1974?

Let's go with that for now

Message from a Bundesliga expert;

"It doesn't look very familiar. I have a book that features pre-season pictures of every Bundesliga side from 1963 to 1988 and surprisingly no club wore a BASF sponsored-jersey! Thus it may have been post-1988 or it was a second division side that wore that jersey. It's hard to tell from which era the jersey hails from. Without the BASF logo, it would almost look like Bayern's mid-1970s jersey, but the BASF logo kinda makes it look like a thing of the 1980s. Very hard to tell. I can definitely state that no Bundesliga club from 1974 (when club sponsoring on jerseys started in Germany) to 1988 wore that shirt".

Another comment from House of Shirts "Not a proffessional football team, just an advertising shirt from BASF"

Ths shirt continues to gather opinion, in October 2008 we received this comment

"this is not a football shirt, but a training shirt. I'm not sure it is associated with football in any way"

One day we'll find out!
