This style was used for the World Cup qualification matches for the 1998 World Cup. This included the match in Tallin, Estonia, where the home team did not turn up, due to a dispute about the floodlights. The match was rescheduled for any earlier kick off and Estonia never showed up, although Scotland did kick off the match.
The rearranged match was played in Monaco, and was a dull 0-0 draw. In this match Duncan Ferguson played his last ever game for Scotland.
The shirt itself is match prepared, although I have no details of it being used in a game.

Match issued or worn #19 long sleeve home shirt used between 1996 and 1998. Unusually for the long sleeved shirts of this style, there is no red trim on the cuffs.
