1978 - 1982 Rangers retro replicas football shirt. Based on the Umbro design that Rangers wore in the late 70s and early 80s. With the exception of a brief run in the 1950s, Rangers only began wearing red away shirts in the 1970s as white was always the preferred choice. Although Umbro had been kitting out the team since the 1960s, this was the first Rangers away top to carry the “double diamond” Umbro logo on the shirt.
