Qatar played a series of four friendlies in December 2018 against Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Algeria and Iran in the build-up to the 2019 AFC Asian Cup. The shirt is still dirty and stained from the match. It is the same style of away shirt that Qatar wore against Japan in the final of the Asian Cup just a few weeks later when they went all the way to famously clinch their first ever major title.
