2005 - 2006 Palestine home football shirt. Showing that even in the depths of human tragedy football can survive, this is a Palestinian home shirt. After being allowed to participate in Palestine failed to qualify for the 2006 World Cup after being knocked out by Uzbekistan. Their chances were not helped when the Israeli government refused to allow five of the Palestinian players travel to training due to 'security issues'.
