Home shirt as worn by the Northampton Town squad during the 2021/2022 SkyBet League 2 campaign as the Cobblers seek to win promotion back to the third tier of English football at the first time of asking following their relegation in the previous season.

Designed and manufactured by hummel for their second season with the club, the traditional claret is enriched with light touches of white trim at the collar, cuffs, and bottom hem while a debossed brogue pattern - resembling the classic shoes - dominates the front of the shirt, providing a handy link to the town of Northampton having been associated with the shoemaking industry throughout its history.

This particular shirt was worn by captain Fraser Horsfall for the full fixtures the Cobblers played against Carlisle United and Bristol Rovers around the time of Remembrance Day, and sports the iconic and much-sought after Poppy patch as a results. The shirt was also used in earlier fixtures albeit without the Poppy applied, and is showing signs of wear and tear as a result. The club auctioned this and the other shirts off as part of the annual fundraiser for the Royal British Legion, with the squad receiving new shirt for use across the rest of the season. A Certificate of Authenticity was supplied with each top sold to the public.
