New England Revolution Special football shirt 2021

2021 New England Revolution special football shirt. 2021 Parley Primeblue Home Shirt (misprint)

This shirt could be 1 of 1, since it should not exist. The Revolution did not play at home during this event, and were only issued the Away version. This came from a seller who had ordered the shirt for a different team and received this one by mistake. In addition to being the wrong color for this team, the printer used the wrong logo for the sponsor. The sponsor is correct, but this logo was not used for this shirt.

This is the 2021 Adidas/Parley Primeblue Home shirt. It is part of MLSWORKS #GREENERGOALS campaign for environmental improvement.

from the listings description for the Away version :

\"Its colors draw inspiration from the hidden creatures of the sea.

Primeblue features Parley Ocean Plastic® which is made from recycled waste that\'s intercepted from beaches and coastal communities before it reaches the ocean.\"

This shirt was worn during the Memorial Day weekend matches 29-30 of May 2021. The away teams wore the light blue jersey, while the home teams wore a dark blue version w/ orange accents and lettering.

The Adidas date tag on this shirt is 12/19, suggesting that it was originally intended to be worn during the 2020 season that didn\'t go off as planned.
