Goa State Home football shirt (unknown year)

Goa State home football shirt. A Goa (State) shirt from India circa 2001.

Goa are neither a league nor a national team, but rather they are a state (or regional) team - representing the state of Goa, in particular in the big Indian inter-state tournament each year, the Santosh Cup.

The Santosh Cup (each September/October) pits the states against each other (imagine Yorkshire v Lancashire or maybe California v Florida - that kind of thing).

This shirt is therefore from Goa State.
