1986 - 1987 Chelsea home football shirt. Chelsea home shirt with the Simod sponsor on the front. This version was only used once vs Nottingham Forest before the Simod sponsor was turned white. Chelsea won 1-0 at the City Ground thanks to a Pat Nevin strike.
