Burnley (The Clarets) Football Shirts

Burnley Rovers were a rugby club, however, in 1882 they changed their code to Association Football. Burnley have since won the FA Cup in 1914 and the football league twice, in 1921 and in 1960. Burnley started out in 1882 wearing blue & white striped shirts, then black & amber, green and red before settling on claret and blue in 1910.
