Ostensibly, Milan’s strip remained the same for the following year’s campaign, but there were a few subtle changes: a celebratory image of the European Cup, in place of the previous season’s scudetto, and the material itself, which now incorporated a micropatterned matrix made up of hollow, inverted squares.
