  Home shirt as worn by the 2017/2018 1. FC Kaiserslautern squad during what turned out to be a disastrous campaign in the 2. Bundesliga, as die roten Teufel were relegated to the third tier of German football for the first time since the Bundesliga's inception. A four time German champion, the club had suffered from financial and technical mismanagement for years, with the high rent costs of their needlessly expanded Fritz-Walter-Stadion (for the 2006 World Cup) becoming untenable as income fell.

  This particular shirt, which is draped in tiny devil-shaped details, was worn by Norwegian international Ruben Yttergaard Jenssen, who returned on loan for his second spell in Kaiserslautern from FC Groningen. Despite appearing in a handful of matches, Jenssen was unable to prevent relegation occuring on the antepenultimate day of the season, with 1FCK losing away from home to Arminia Bielefeld. He did, however, sign this particular shirt for us.
