Willem II Home Fußball-Trikots 2011 - 2012

2011 - 2012 Willem II home Fußball-Trikots. Home shirt as worn by Dutch club Willem II during the 2011-2012 Jupiler League season. This was the club's first year in the second tier after decades of continued Eredivisie play, and proved succesful as the club clinched promotion by beating FC Den Bosch in the final round of the play-offs. 11/12 Was the first year in which Macron supplied the club, taking over from Dutch brand Masita. Instantly recognisable due to the blue-red-white colour scheme, dashes of gold-coloured fabric provided a tasteful contrast.

Main sponsor Pondres specialises in marketing, while back sponsor DPD is a package delivery service. Their ads are, along with the Macron name, logos, and city crest below the back of the collar, woven into the fabric, with the Willem II being embroidered.

Of particular note is the washing info on the inside of the shirt's back, revealing its polyester make and origin in Macron's Bulgarian factory.
