1996 - 1997 Nottingham Forest away Fußball-Trikots. That sponsor patch has been sewn on as the sponsor on that shirt was Labatts. It was worn around the 1996/97 season and wasn't particularly successfull as we got relegated from the Premier League.

The shirt is size small, perhaps used by a kids team, hence the change of sponsor name.
