Internazionale Home Fußball-Trikots 1991 - 1992

1991 - 1992 Internazionale home Fußball-Trikots. Can anyone provide any insight into this particular shirt.. it is the \'91/92 home shirt made by Umbro and sponsored by Fitgar, however it has small white areas on the shoulders which is unseen anywhere else.

Any ideas why so? This is a legitimate shirt so want to work out why it has these white parts, they\'re in the original fabric so not extra/added.
