1) it’s worn by shevchenko

2) it used once in champions league 2010/11 play offs against Ajax. They used the same shirt in 2009/10 group stages but the patches where placed in a white stamp between the stripes. The 2010/11 version the patches put onto the stripes. Then in europa league they changed the kit in another model.
