A.D. Sagrada Familia Home Camiseta de Fútbol 1983

1983 A.D. Sagrada Familia home Camiseta de Fútbol. Home shirt when Sagrada Familia played their trade in the Primera División.

Sagrada Familia originates from the namesake suburb in the Hatillo district on the southern part of the capital, and plays in the Teodoro Picado stadium. For higher profile games (such as when hosting Alajuela or Saprissa) the sagradeños played at the old Estadio Nacional. On their later tenure at the first level, they also played home in other venues when the Teodoro Picado field was deemed unsuitable to host a match, and/or when the Estadio Nacional was unavailable.

Sagrada Familia was first promoted to the Primera División ahead of the 1982 season and was relegated at the end of the 1986 season. Sagrada was promoted again ahead of the 1994-95 season and was relegated at the end of that same season (the former because the team finished at the cellar, the latter because they lost the relegation/promotion playoff against Carmelita).

Afterwards, Sagrada was relegated to non-league LINAFA after almost two decades playing in the second level. Sagrada last attempted to return to the second level in 2015, however they eventually lost the LINAFA national finals against COFUTPA (Palmares).
