Away Shirt 1978 to 1980

Spurs away by admiral late 70's. Can anyone help with the styling of this kit ? I have seen several pictures from the era and some seem to have a collar with plain navy v neck, some seem to have collar with admiral symbols to v neck. This is the only time I've seen one with a plain v neck. Was this one ever used in a match ?
