Southend United (The Shrimpers) Football Shirts

Southend have had a variety of kit colours over the years. When they began, in 1906, pale blue was adopted, but it then varied over the years between pale, dark and royal blue, and even plain white in the early 1960s. In 1985 yellow was introduced as a trim colour and featured on shirts until 1992, there then followed a phase of abstract designs and variations of colour before, in 2001, the current dark blue was adopted and has featured on all home shirts since.
