This shirt was from Roberto Mancini's testimonial match on 7th of March 2001. Mancini wore this shirt during the first half of the match and a Lazio one for the second.

Embroided on the breast says: "Mancio Day Samp 90/91 - Lazio 99/2000 7 Maggio 2001".

Mancini won the Italian league title for Sampdoria during 90/91 and again for Lazio during the 99/00 season.
