Chelsea FC 1905 shirt. The Earl of Cadogan was the local landowner and Chelsea first ran out in his racing colours, a lighter blue than the now famous Chelsea blue, actually know at Eton blue. This Shirt comes complete with the embroidered Chelsea Borough crest from the period. Please note the cuffs are attached with a border as in 1905.

Pictured in 1930 are the Chelsea and Scotland strike force of Hughie Gallacher and Alec Jackson, Gallagher joined from Newcastle for £10,000 and Jackson from Huddersfield for £8,500, Chelsea in 1930 had a reputation for being the high spending entertainers of the English game. This shirt was worn in the 1915 FA Cup Final at Old Trafford against Sheffield United. "The Khaki Cup Final" as it was called due to the large number of uniformed supporters at the match was the last to be held before the Competetion was suspended due to the Great War. Chelsea late 1950's early 1960's shirt. Pictured is a young Jimmy Greaves who made his goalscoring debut for Chelsea at the tender age of 17. He finished as top League goalscorer twice whilst at Chelsea in 1959 and 1961 and his 41 league goals in the 1960-61 season remains a club record. 124 goals from 157 games for Chelsea is an astonishing return. The 1960s saw the emergence of a talented young Chelsea side under manager Tommy Docherty. They challenged for honours throughout the decade, and endured several near-misses. They were on course for a treble of League, FA Cup and League Cup going into the final stages of the 1964-65 season, winning the League Cup but faltering late on in the other two.

Bobby Tambling (pictured) scored 35 goals in the 1962 -1963 season and became the youngest player to captain a side to promotion at the tender age of 22 when Chelsea returned to the top flight at the first time of asking. The Famous CFC, this shirt was worn in 1965 and is simply embroidered with the Chelsea Football Club initials. Worn by Peter Osgood, Ron Harris, Eddie McCreadie & Bobby Tambling. Tommy Docherty, the then managers created the design of royal blue shirt and shorts with white socks. The classic Chelsea look was born.

Chelsea FC 1970 FA Cup Final. Chelsea and Leeds battled out a 2-2 draw in front of 100,000 fans, the first ever draw in a Wembley final. Goals for Chelsea from Houseman and Hutchinson. Football played with flair and instinct, with spirit and sportsmanship, as one paper described it. Osgood helped Chelsea win the FA Cup in 1970, when he scored in every round including the bullit header in the replay, and the Cup Winners' Cup in 1971. RIP 01/03/2006.

Chelsea FC 1970 FA Cup Replay. The replay at Old Trafford, watched by a television audience of 28 million, a record for an FA Cup final, became one of the most notorious matches in English football. Modern day referee David Elleray "replayed" the match years later, and concluded that the sides should have received six red cards and twenty yellow cards between them. Chelsea outfought Leeds to secure a 2-1 victory and lift the FA Cup for the first time.
